1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crewship platform, provided by Halasi AI Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Crewship is a cloud platform that enables developers to deploy, run, and manage AI agent workflows in production.

By accessing or using Crewship and its related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. Description of Services

Crewship is a software platform that provides infrastructure for deploying and running AI agent workflows. The Services include:

  • A command-line interface (CLI) for deploying agent projects
  • A web console for managing deployments, runs, and settings
  • A REST API for programmatic access to runs and deployments
  • Isolated container execution for agent workflows
  • Real-time event streaming and artifact storage
  • Subscription billing and usage management

Crewship is a software-only service. We do not provide, sell, or ship any physical products.

4. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account by providing your name and email address, and authenticating through a supported login method (such as email-based login or a third-party provider like GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Deploy or run code that is malicious, harmful, or designed to attack or disrupt other systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data
  • Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-abusive activities
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent
  • Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or billing controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you are violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your deployed code, data, and associated resources will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

6. User Content and Code

You retain ownership of all code, configurations, and data you deploy through Crewship ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, run, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You are solely responsible for the content and behavior of the agent workflows you deploy. We do not review, monitor, or modify your code before or during execution.

7. Third-Party Services

Your agent workflows may interact with third-party APIs and services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Serper). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party services your agents use. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or costs of third-party services.

8. Pricing and Payment

Crewship offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details about plan features, limits, and pricing are available on our pricing page.

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in the console or by contacting us at mail@crewship.dev. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

10. API Keys and Security

API keys and access tokens are provided for authenticating with the Services. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and must not share them publicly. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it immediately through the console.

We are not liable for unauthorized usage resulting from compromised API keys.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

12. Intellectual Property

The Crewship platform, including its software, APIs, documentation, and branding, is the property of Halasi AI Lab. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the code and content you deploy on the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halasi AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Halasi AI Lab from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or the behavior of agent workflows you deploy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Luzern, Switzerland.

Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

16. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
